Drew wins his first Olivier Award for Best Theatre Choreographer, for his work on In The Heights at King's Cross Theatre. Accepting the award at the Royal Opera House on Sunday 3 April, he said: "It's my belief that musical theatre is the art of collaboration, so I accept this award on behalf of many many people; the show's producers, the entire creative team and in particular Luke Sheppard, and the incredible cast who give everything of themselves 8 shows a week."
In The Heights recieved a further two awards, for Outstanding Achievement in Music, and Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for David Bedella.
